The beautiful oak woodland lining the entrance road was ravished, as were the hillsides.
Most of the oak savannah was burned, except for a few trees.
The "Pavement Ends" sign was totally twisted, by wind or fire I'm not sure.
Thankfully the riparian area along Temescal Creek was spared.
That little hill is the same one pictured at the top of the Pamo Valley page.
