Otay Lakes
Sweetwater River crossing on Otay Lakes Road; the fire came right down to the road...
...but thankfully didn't cross it this time (at least at this point; you can see the burned mountain in the distance).
The habitat along Wueste Road remains relatively untouched (again, note the burned mountain in the distance).
This was pretty much the extent of the scorching.
The fire got right down to the shore by the county park.
